This sauce is such a perfect mixture of tangy and sweet that you will not be able to put it down! Carolina is well known for its mustard style barbecue sauces that go great on pork, chicken, and beef. For this one, we started with a tomato base, before adding in the mustard and vinegar for the tang. The end result is a sauce that is slightly sweet and packed with flavor!
